The Bible warns us in Hebrews 2:1-3, “Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it. 

drifting away from God, is a message that emphasizes that merely going through the motions of religious activities, such as attending church, praying, and giving offerings, is not enough to sustain a vibrant relationship with God. We must actively pursue Him, seek His face, and cultivate a deepening intimacy with Him.

 Practical Steps to Pursue God

– Set aside dedicated time to seek God through prayer and Bible study

– Prioritize relationships with others who share your faith

– Seek opportunities to serve and love others in Jesus’ name

 Conclusion
