HAVING DOMINION AND AUTHORITY IN CHRIST JESUS. Authority is the ability we have according to our position. Because of my union with Jesus Christ, I have God’s authority within me.

Jesus said: “I will give you the power to overcome the power of your enemies; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. and greater works than these shall you do: All authority has been given to me both in heaven and on earth (Luke 10:19; Matthew 18:18; John 14:12; Matthew 28:18)

Authority is absolute in Christ, but power is relative. It has to do with lifestyle. Therefore, my liberation, my recovery, and my free life are not just about me.

The Bible says that all things, all creation, must bow and submit to the Lord Jesus and His name. (Philippians 2:9-10) Jesus said that whatever we ask, ask, or ask, it will be done to us in His name. (John 14:13-14) Diseases, disasters, storms, tornadoes, anything that steals, kills, or destroys belongs to Satan.

Let’s mix our faith with God’s Word and build a protective wall around the area where we live.

Let us not be afraid of the storm, but rather have authority over it and command them to be still, in the name of Jesus.

Let us believe that the same God who worked with Moses, Joshua, Elijah, Elisha, and Jesus will work with us as we act on His Word.

Jer 1:12 AMP  Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen carefully, and I am watchful and active, watching to carry out my words.”
